Who Wants Pig?
It’s a tradition in Joe’s family to roast a pig at his family get togethers. And I mean the whole pig. However, this only holds true for the warm weather events, like the Fourth of July and graduation parties. Normally the pig is roasted and when the meat is being carved up we have a 
normal plate and a BBQ sauce smothered plate on the food table for people to choose from. This Fourth of July I actually got a before and after picture. In the first picture is the party host, Uncle Andy. In the second picture is the mostly eaten pig.
