Black Nail Polish Fiasco

One of Lily’s bottles of nail polish jumped out of the cabinet this evening. It got everywhere. The floor, the sink, her shirt, the wall, under the vanity, and even a streak inside the mirror. She had to clean it up with cotton balls, a tooth brush, paper towels, and a whole lot of nail polish remover. And of course it happened at 11:30pm on a school night.

When mom saw it all she could say was, “It just had to be black.”
